Serenity at Tuskawilla

In the summer of 2006, Devrese acquired Serenity at Tuskawilla, a 368-unit residential community in Winter Springs, FL. The property’s natural landscaping and convenient location made it an ideal candidate for a condo conversion. Devrese immediately injected capital into the new project.

Select apartment units were upgraded into stunning, fully furnished condo homes, complete with marble floors, granite counter tops, oak cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The leasing office was converted into a state-of-the-art Clubhouse which now included a professionally decorated multi-purpose room, a fully upgraded kitchen, an impressive billiards room, and a new sales office.

Devrese utilized one of its in-house management companies, Right Properties, to oversee the conversion. Experienced real estate agents were brought in to manage sales, while the original leasing staff underwent proper training to ensure a smooth transition. Within just a few weeks, Serenity at Tuskawilla was transformed from a standard apartment complex into a beautiful, luxury condo community that many now call home.
